How much does IT support cost?
The Gold Bird IT Plan is $110 per user per month remote, or $150 with on-site visits included, with a 5-user minimum. Onboarding is one month of your plan (minimum $1,000), paid up front. Everything is on the pricing page.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The plan is month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
What counts as a user?
A person with a computer or an email account. Shared floor devices — scanners, label printers, floor computers — go on the Warehouse Floor add-on instead.
Do you come on site?
On-site across Palm Beach County. Broward and Miami-Dade on request. Remote support anywhere.
What happens if we leave?
You keep everything. Every account, license, and file is in your name, and we hand over admin access and documentation.
Can you help us use AI?
Yes. Team AI sets up Claude for your whole team on your own account: a one-time setup from $1,500, then $25 per user per month. Automations for tasks that repeat start at $1,500.
We're not in freight. Is that a problem?
No. The plan works the same for a law office, an accounting firm, or a warehouse. Freight is where our operating experience comes from, not a requirement.
